QGS Hosting sells a general-purpose Ryzen VPS. We do not sell, distribute or operate Grand Theft Auto V, FiveM, RAGE:MP or alt:V, and no game licence is included - you install and operate the server software yourself, on your own machine.

How much does a GTA V server cost?
A GTA V multiplayer server runs on a VPS at QGS. High Core CPU Ryzen machines - built for FiveM and RAGE:MP - start at €12.00 per month. Every plan includes DDoS protection, full root access and instant setup.
Why is GTA V hosted on a VPS instead of a game panel?
FiveM, RAGE:MP and alt:V are community frameworks that need their own runtime, a MySQL/MariaDB database, txAdmin and often a voice server. A VPS with full root access lets you run all of that side by side, install any resource and update the framework whenever you like - which a locked-down game panel cannot do.
How much RAM do I need for my FiveM server?
For testing and up to about 16 players 4 GB of RAM is enough. A 32-48 slot ESX or QBCore server is comfortable on 8 GB, a busy 64-100 slot roleplay server on 12 GB, and large 128+ slot communities with MySQL and voice on 18 GB. You can upgrade at any time.
Do I get full root access and my own IP?
Yes. Every VPS is a full KVM machine with root access (or Administrator on Windows Server) and its own dedicated IPv4 address, so you can open the ports FiveM needs and run your database, txAdmin and voice server on the same machine.
Which operating system should I install for FiveM?
Debian or Ubuntu are the usual choices for FXServer on Linux, and Windows Server is available if you prefer running txAdmin on Windows. We offer over 15 images and you can reinstall at any time from the control panel.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. GTA roleplay servers are a frequent target, so every QGS VPS sits behind multi-layered DDoS mitigation with real-time detection at no extra cost.
Do I need to own GTA V to run a server?
You do not need the game on the server itself - FXServer, RAGE:MP and alt:V servers run standalone. Every player who connects does need their own legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V.
Can I upgrade my GTA V server later?
Yes. CPU, RAM and NVMe storage can be increased from the control panel at any time, and your files, database and configuration stay exactly where they are.
